The FF30 delivers a seamless filling process with its automatic filling station, which can be configured for semi-automated or fully automated operation. This includes stick sortation, puck loading, plug and cap placement, de-pucking, and optional labeling. Its integrated cooling tunnel and re-melting station ensure a smooth and uniform finish on filled products, enhancing their final appearance.
