Filling Systems

M10/30 Cartridge Filler – to 20 Per Minute

Semi-automatic filler for accurate filling of cartridges up to 48 fluid ounces. An ergonomic container lift system delivers a vertical, air-free bottom-up fill. Shown with the optional Manual Plunger Inserter for plunger insertion into filled cartridges.

R8 3oz Grease Cartridge Filler – to 50 Per Minute

Medium speed automatic filling and closing of 3oz Grease Cartridges. System includes a cartridge bulk bin, load ramp, Servo Fill Station and Servo Container Lift and Overcap Closure Station. A variety of products can be accurately filled from water thin liquids to highly viscous pastes. The RS8 is a Servo Driven system designed to produce up to 50 finished cartridges per minute.

3oz grease filler

Single Head Rotary Cartridge Filler – 45 to 55 Per Minute

Low Speed automatic cartridge filling and closing system utilizes a 8 station dial for 10.5 or 14 oz fiber or plastic cartridges with flat bottom plungers or overcaps. Featuring our patented product metering system and cartridge lift mechanism for a vertical, air-free bottom up fill.

Single or Dual Head Rotary Cartridge Filler – 40 to 75 Per Minute

Medium to High Speed automatic cartridge filling and closing systems utilizes a 12 station dial for 10.5, 14 & 30 oz fiber or plastic cartridges with flat bottom plungers or overcaps. Featuring volumetric product metering and cartridge lift mechanisms for a vertical, air-free bottom up fill.

IN-LINE CARTRIDGE FILLER – TO 110 PER MINUTE

High Speed automatic cartridge filling and closing systems for 10.5, 14 & 30 oz fiber or plastic cartridges. Featuring horizontal load and unload or optional vertical load and unload, volumetric product metering and cartridge lift mechanisms for a vertical, air-free bottom up fill, standard reject station and optional checkweighing.

Linear Cartridge Filler – to 200 Per Minute

High speed cartridge filling and closing system for 10.5, 14 & 30 oz fiber or plastic cartridges with flat bottom plungers. Featuring volumetric product metering and cartridge lift mechanisms for a vertical, air-free bottom up fill.
