ProSys announces acquisition to complement existing filling lines and to grow common market shares.
Webb City, MO (Jan. 9, 2026) — ProSys Fill LLC. today announced the purchase of Pendergraph Machines. The purchase is a natural fit between the two companies that share similar markets but offer different filling solutions and complementary products. The purchase of Pendgraph Machines is one designed to promote growth by leveraging the strengths of ProSys and Pendergraph.
ProSys based out of Webb City, MO has long been the leader in filling for the adhesive and sealant markets pioneering the way viscous and self-leveling products are filled. ProSys has adapted its knowledge of filling challenging products to other markets including Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Lubricants to create proven, reliable and robust filling solutions. It’s experience ranges from standard cartridge and tube filling solutions to complex custom assembly and filling solutions designed and built to last.

With its lean manufacturing process and efficient engineering and operations Pendergraph offers several standard machines with the ability to customize them with the customers budget in mind.
