The ProSys RT12 Fully Automatic Tube Filler was designed to change that equation.

Built around a 12-station indexing platform and extensive servo control, the RT12 automates tube loading, orientation, filling, hot-air sealing, trimming, unloading and reject functions. With production speeds up to 110 tubes per minute, it delivers the output manufacturers need while focusing on something equally important—keeping the machine productive between runs.

Servo-controlled indexing, loading, tube positioning, orientation, filling, sealing and unloading replace many traditional mechanical and pneumatic adjustments. Instead of relying on an operator to repeatedly recreate machine settings, critical parameters can be controlled electronically and saved within product recipes.

Recipe Saving & Recall allows proven settings to be quickly restored for repeat products, helping shorten setup, improve changeover consistency and reduce dependence on operator memory.

A standard sanitary fill station supports applications across pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and personal care, adhesives and sealants, lubricants, food and other industries.

The RT12 can also be configured for clean-room installations and with optional controls for hazardous classified locations, including Class I, Division 1 & 2 and ATEX Zone 0 & 1 applications.
